Navigating multiple-course meals can be stressful for even the most experienced cooks. And for those of us who weren’t blessed with kitchen skills – it can be nearly impossible. Steaming this, and broiling that – it’s enough to put your hands up and call out for pizza.

But there is an easier way. We’ve rounded up 10, 1-bowl meals that are healthy, delicious, and simple enough for even the laziest of chefs to master!


Creamy Garlic Herb Mushroom Spaghetti

You may have thought a cream sauce was reserved for pros only. Well, put the RAGU away, because we’ve gone and elevated your pasta game.  Combine mushrooms and fresh herbs in an elegantly simple cream sauce, and you’ll be wondering why you don’t cook every night. [RECIPE]


Chickpea and Chicken Coconut Curry

Not only do we have another creamy-style pasta entrée for you, this one is quite different; it’s entirely vegan-friendly! The sauce is made via blended cashews, so it’s a great option to serve up when you have vegan or lactose intolerant guests. In my experience a ‘Buddha Bowl’ is a term for multiple delicious ingredients thrown together in a bowl. For us lazy chefs, we could buddha bowl every day of the week!
